Forgiveness, Confession & Repentance?
Forgiveness:
God loves us in a way no man does. His ways aren't our ways.
When humans punish, He forgives- if we repent and seek forgiveness.
''I forgive you. I love you. You are mine. Take my hand.
Go in peace, sin no more, beloved one.''
He also searches for the lost sheep.
That is how He loves us -unconditionally.
Confession:
But, we should not take confession for granted.
Confession isn't a washing machine.
Confession doesn't give us a license to sin; where go for confession so as to be forgiven.
Repentance:
In fact, true repentance is needed for the forgiveness of sins.
We must be sincerely sorry for our sins if we want to seek forgiveness.
There is no sinner the Father won't welcome back as long as he sincerely repents.
Keep in mind, every saint has a past and every sinner has a future.
